INFORMATION ABOUT THE
CORONA VIRUS

As a valued client of Form Designs, your health and well being remains our highest priority, as does the health and well being of our employees and management.

We are closely following the advice of the Health Department as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO) and are actively taking precautions to minimise the risk of COVID-19. These precautions include:

1. Increased signage and awareness of the importance of hand washing / sanitising
2. Hand sanitiser pump bottles in high traffic areas 
3. "Social distancing" ie: avoiding hand shaking and keeping appropriate distances
4. Asking staff to stay home if they are feeling slightly under the weather 

We regularly clean the office and high traffic surfaces quite stringently, however have increased our cleaning regime to after each meeting. If you notice that something needs to be cleaned before or after your meeting, please let us know so we can address this immediately. 

We respectfully ask you to assist us to help with prevention by:

  • Not attending the office if you are feeling unwell or have someone in your family or  in close proximity to you that has been feeling unwell prior to meeting

  • Not attending the office for 14 days if you have been travelling overseas or interstate or have someone in your family or close proximity to you that has been travelling prior to your meeting 

  • Using the hand sanitiser that has been provided upon entering the office 

We will also be calling our clients daily, on the morning of their meeting, to confirm their health and appreciate that if you are even slightly unsure you let us know so that we can either have your consult via skype or simply reschedule it. 

We appreciate and thank you for your assistance in keeping Form Designs a healthy and safe environment for everyone during this unprecedented time.
