The popularity of mobile electronic devices has developed into an absolute dependence on them to perform everyday tasks. The larger screens, higher processing power, and smaller device sizes have put significant limitations on battery life and people are regularly getting stuck with a flat battery. The Flat-Attack project aims to create a small recharging device that can be carried around to charge devices in the occurrence of emergency flat batteries.
The challenge put forth to the design team was to create the Flat-Attack product with the most power, in the smallest size, and with the cheapest battery. The design also had to incorporate considerations for durability and aesthetics to meet the consumer demands. The resulting product is an innovative solution to a common worldwide problem, and is poised for significant commercial success.
