ADVANTAGE AIR PROJECT BRIEF

Using the Advantage Air Touch Screen and PCB provided, together with a housing, design a touch screen casing that will provide a new sleek appearance with modern styling.

THE DESIGN

The design team had to design the casing and connection layout of the touchscreen interface whilst styling to fit into the home. The best technologies are those that you don’t see, and so it was important that the team created a device that not only met the functional requirements but had minimal visual impact on its surroundings. The result was a sleek and user-friendly touchscreen interface that was used across the Advantage Air ducted air-conditioning system range.
